Yes, you install FMCB from the USB by launching uLaunchElf but you need a memory card to install it hence the name 'FreeMcBoot'.Press the power button on the front of the game console. Paste the files onto your USB stick drive window. Click the drive file containing your USB stick. If you are having difficulties with getting RESCUE.ELF to be booted, press and hold START+R1. Install Mcboot From Usb - zebralasopa Right click and copy both the 'FREEMCBOOT.ELF' and 'INSTALL' files. Place the ELF as mass:/RESCUE.ELF and FMCB/FHDB will boot it when you switch on the PlayStation 2.
